How do I
place an order?
To place your order, add product to your cart. Click 'proceed to checkout,' and enter the quantity you will be purchasing. If you have a discount coupon add the coupon code and then your shipping information as prompted. Your shipping rate and sales tax for CA residents will be added to the total. Click on 'checkout' to complete your transaction.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal. Your payment transaction is handled through the PayPal secure transaction site. We do not receive or store any credit card information.

Warranty
Your order is warranted against manufacturer's defect. If there is a problem, please notify us within 7 days from receipt and we will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective dvd with a description of the problem.

Returns
& Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order on our behalf, we will gladly replace a defective DVD and ship it to you for free. We will require the damaged or flawed product to be shipped back to us, USPS, within 7 business days, with a description of the problem you experienced.
